Nguyen Dieu Cam

Managing Director

Appointed Managing Director of T&A in 2009, Cam set her focus on developing and maintaining the relationship with the company’s clients, especially in strategic counseling and program development via consolidating the efforts of T&A’s three service arms of Business intelligence, Client services, and Creative solutions.

Joined T&A in early 2003 with her main responsibility is client services, Cam has been working with almost all leading international and local brands engaging the agency’s services and gaining expanded experience in a wide spectrum of industries.
During her 5 years with the client services unit, Cam has deeply involved in communications strategy & planning through her keen insight on Vietnamese media and business context, as well as her extensive knowledge of PR practices. Cam were trusted by the clients in providing promt and bold counsel to crisis and issues management that requires mature and proven capabilities. Born into a family of journalists, Cam has many reporter friends and media contacts that make her also instrumental in media relations, handling various important communications campaigns for T&A’s clients.
Cam graduates from the Institute of International Relations with the major in diplomacy and holds an MBA degree from a 2-year course sponsored by the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Prior to coming to T&A, Cam worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 3 months with a supporting role at international conferences as AMM 34th and ARF 8th in Hanoi. During her time at the university, Cam was an active coordinator for IOGT, a Swedish NGO dedicated to social work in Vietnam in 2 years.
Cam lives with her family in Hanoi and has a daughter.
